Put leftover materials from a job back in stock

What does this do?

When a job uses less than was sold, the spare packs, adhesive or sundries can go straight back on the shelf to sell again. The sale, the takings and the customer's balance are left exactly as they were.

How to use it

  1. Open the ☰ menu, choose History and open the sale.
  2. Press Materials left over.
  3. Against each line, type what came back unused. The screen shows what Went out so you can check.
  4. Press ✓ Back to stock.

Sell boxed floors by the pack (m² rounded up to whole packs)

Ring up the square metres the job needs and the till rounds up to whole packs, charges for those packs and prints the pack count on the receipt.

Making a Sale

Add a carpet or vinyl roll to stock

Every roll you hold is recorded against the product it belongs to, with its width, length, cost and where it sits. Once it is in, the till can cut from it and Stock Management shows what is left.
