Stock counted in pallets and packs (SPC, LVT, laminate)
What does this do?
Boxed floors are stocked the way they are stacked. Set the m² per pack and packs per pallet on the product, and the till counts deliveries, stock and sales in pallets and packs while still showing the m².
How to use it
- On the product, tick Sold in packs and fill in m² per pack and Packs per pallet, then Save product.
- Book deliveries in with ⊕ Goods in: set Counted in to pallets and add any part load in …and loose packs.
- In Stock Management the row shows the stock as stacked, for example 2 pallets + 7 packs · 47 packs, next to the m².
- If more has been sold than received, the row reads short 1 pallet + 4 packs. Book the missing delivery in or correct the count with Adjust.
- A scanned delivery note written in pallets refuses against a product with no Packs per pallet; add it and approve again.
