PlanIt EPOS · Stock Management

Scan a delivery note to add stock

What does this do?

Upload a PDF, photo or scan of the delivery note and the till reads every line, matches it to your products and shows a review screen. Nothing goes into stock until you press approve, so a misread line can be fixed first.

How to use it

  1. Open the ☰ menu, choose Stock Management and press ⬆ Upload Delivery Note.
  2. Drop the file on 📄 Drop file here, or click to choose. PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, XLSX and CSV all work, and several photos count as one note.
  3. Wait for the Goods received review screen. Check the Supplier, Delivery note no., PO number and Delivery date, and whether Prices on document are Ex-VAT or Inc-VAT.
  4. Go down the lines. Fix any Product (PlanIt) match by searching on that line, and check Qty, Unit, Roll W, Roll L, Colour, Batch and Cost £.
  5. Untick Accept on any line you do not want, or use Save as draft to finish later.
  6. Press ✓ Approve & add to stock.
