Correct a stock count

What does this do?

Adjust puts a stock figure right and records why. Add or remove a quantity, or set the count to what you actually found, and the change is posted as a movement with its reason so the history still adds up.

How to use it

  1. Open the ☰ menu, choose Stock Management and press Adjust on the product's row.
  2. Read On hand now, then choose Change: Add, Remove or Set to.
  3. Enter the Quantity and set Counted in to pallets, packs, m² or units.
  4. Pick a Reason: Stock count correction, Damaged / written off, Sample cut, Used in-house, Returned to supplier, Found stock or Other.
  5. Choose the Location and, if the product has colours, which Colour / decor you are correcting. Add a Note if it helps.
  6. Press Post adjustment.
