Priced by the job it does, not by how much you use it.
Quotes, rooms, roll optimiser runs and cloud sync are unlimited on every paid plan. Plans differ by what you can do with a quote — never by how many you're allowed to raise. And there's a free plan to get you started. All prices exclude VAT.

Running a counter, but not a flooring one?
PlanIt EPOS is the same counter software sold on its own for any trade — builders' merchants, tile shops, hire counters. Priced per site, per month, excluding VAT. 14-day free trial — card at sign-up, nothing taken until it ends, then we email you and charge three days later.

Flooring shops want the Business plan above — it includes the till plus rolls, remnants and the estimator.
Priced separately, on every plan
Nothing here is a surprise at renewal — each is bought when you need it and shows on the same invoice.
| Extra seat | £12 / month | Any paid plan. |
|---|---|---|
| Extra till | £29 / month | Business and above. |
| Extra site | £99 / month | Commercial; price on application beyond three sites. |
| AI credits beyond fair use | £15 / 100 scans | Sketch scan, price-sheet scan and goods-in scan. Fair use covers normal trading — this is for the weeks you import a whole supplier catalogue. |
| Onboarding, catalogue import & data migration | £250–£500 | One-off. We load your suppliers, products and prices so day one is a working shop, not an empty database. Non-refundable once the work is done. |
Not owned by a supplier. Not for sale to one.
The reason a subscription exists at all is so that nobody else has to fund this. That is the whole point — a tool the trade pays for is a tool that answers to the trade.
Your prices stay yours
Your buying prices, your selling prices and your margins are never shared with any supplier, distributor or buying group. Not as a favour — as a rule the software is built around.
No supplier owns us
PlanIt is not owned by, and is not for sale to, any supplier, distributor or buying group — including the ones who champion it. No equity, no exclusivity, from anyone in the supply chain.
Your customers are your customers
We never market to them, never sell the list, and never put ourselves between you and the person buying the floor. Anything we learn from the network is anonymised and aggregated.
No white-labelling, at any price
You brand your own documents on every plan. What isn't for sale is putting someone else's badge on PlanIt — no vendor rebranding, no custom app domains, no reselling it under another name. That is how an independent product quietly becomes a distributor's feature.
The bits people usually find out about too late
Three months, then it's yours to leave
A three-month minimum, then monthly rolling. Cancel in the app without ringing anyone. We say it at sign-up and again at checkout, because what people resent is discovering a term at cancellation. Cancelling inside the three months stops the renewal rather than refunding the term — the cancel button says so.
Your price never rises while you stay
Locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active, and every update to your plan is included. Modules built later — tender, value engineering, the portal — are priced separately for everyone, founders included. We'd rather say that now than surprise you.
Every plan starts on a trial
The estimating trial runs on the full Professional plan with no card taken. It ends at 14 days or your third completed quote, whichever comes first — the third quote is the point you've proved it works. Business and Commercial work the same way. PlanIt EPOS is a straight 14 days — a counter's first fortnight is the trial, and no sale count cuts it short. Both take a card at sign-up. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, and when it ends we email you and take payment three days later — so the bill is never a surprise, and you can still cancel in that window for nothing.
Nothing is held hostage
At the end of a trial, or after cancelling, the account drops to the Free plan — you can still quote (10 a month, PlanIt-badged) and export quotes, customers and catalogue in full. Nothing is deleted. Come back in March and your jobs are where you left them.
A failed card isn't a cliff
We retry, then give you 14 days of grace with full access, then the account drops to the Free plan. Data is never deleted for non-payment.
GBP, ex VAT, no hardware to buy
Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added at checkout. There is no hardware you must buy from us to get started — PlanIt runs in a browser, on the till you already have.
