The Founding 100 · closes at 100 members — 30 Sept at the latest

Free until December. Then half price, for as long as you stay.

The first 100 UK flooring businesses to open a PlanIt account become Founding Members. It closes the moment the hundredth place goes — 30 September 2026 is only the back-stop, and if the places go first, they go. You use PlanIt free until 31 December 2026, and from January you pay 50% of your plan, for the life of your subscription.

A place is claimed by signing up, while places remain · Closes at 100 members, or 30 Sept 2026 — whichever comes first · No minimum term for Founding Members

The offer, in full

Three dates, and nothing hidden between them

1

Open your account

Sign up while there are still places left. That's it — no application, no interview, no card. The place is stamped on your account the moment it's created.

Before 30 September 2026
2

Use it free

Your whole plan, free until the end of the year — including the paid features on it. Not a stripped-down tier, and no card taken to start.

Until 31 December 2026
3

Half price, and it stays half price

From January you pay 50% of your plan's list price, for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Not six months, not a first-year discount.

From 1 January 2027
How it works

A founding place is claimed by signing up — while there are places left

There is no test to pass and nothing to send in. The hundred places go in the order accounts are opened, and the offer ends when the hundredth one goes.

100

places, and no more

The offer closes the moment the hundredth is taken. 30 September 2026 is only the back-stop, not the plan.

0

hoops to jump

No application, no interview, no card to start. Open the account and the place is on it.

First come, first served — the only way to miss it is to leave it late

A place costs you nothing to take, but it's only worth something if the software earns its keep. If you get a few quotes in and PlanIt still isn't pulling its weight, the honest answer is that something is missing. Tell me what it is.

The small print, up front

Including the parts that aren't in your favour

If any of this were going to be a surprise later, it belongs on this page now.

WhoThe first 100 flooring businesses to open an account. The offer closes as soon as the hundredth place is taken, which may be well before the 30 September 2026 back-stop — once the places are gone they are gone.
Free periodFree until 31 December 2026, on your whole plan.
Then50% off your chosen plan, for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.
UpdatesEvery update to your plan is included, and your price never rises while you stay subscribed.
Minimum termNone. Everyone else commits to three months; Founding Members don't. Leave whenever you like.
StatusFounding Member: listed on the site, a direct line to me, and first look at everything new.
Not transferableThe discount is tied to the account. It doesn't pass on if the business is sold or changes ownership.
Not reinstatedIf you cancel, the founding rate ends with the subscription. Rejoining later is at the list price.
Not every future moduleModules built later — tender comparison, value engineering, the customer portal — are priced separately for everyone, Founding Members included. "Every update to your plan" is a real promise; "every future thing we ever build" wouldn't be.
If you joined when PlanIt was free

You'll have seen the site say PlanIt was free to the trade, and now it says there are plans with prices on. So let me be straight about what changed and what it means for you.

I built PlanIt for our own flooring business and opened it up because it seemed daft not to. The plan then was that the business would be funded another way. That route is no longer the one I'm taking — I'd rather PlanIt answered to the people using it than to a supplier or a distributor, and the only honest way to do that is for the trade to pay for it. Not much, and not before it's earned.

So: if you signed up while PlanIt was free, your founding place is already on your account — every early account was inside the first hundred. Free until the end of the year, half price after that, for as long as you stay. Nothing to claim and nothing to do.

If you're one of the businesses already shaping the roadmap, I'd rather have this conversation on the phone than through a web page. Ring me or drop me a line and we'll sort out where you stand.

Questions

Founding Member questions

How do I claim a place?

You don't apply — you sign up. While places remain, the founding place is stamped on your account the moment it's created. There's no form, and nothing to remember to send in.

What does "50% off for the life of the subscription" actually mean?

You pay half your plan's list price for as long as you stay continuously subscribed — not for six months, not for a first year. If you cancel, the founding rate ends with the subscription and isn't reinstated if you come back. It's also tied to the account rather than to you, so it doesn't transfer if the business is sold.

Do I have to give a card to start?

Not for estimating. You start on a full Professional trial with no card taken, and if you're inside the first hundred you're free through to 31 December 2026 anyway. Card details are only needed when your paid subscription actually starts.

Am I locked in?

Less than anyone else. Everyone else commits to a three-month minimum; Founding Members have no minimum term at all, and you cancel in the app. It seemed wrong to ask the people who backed it earliest to commit to March at the exact moment their free period ends.

I already signed up when it was free — am I automatically in?

Yes. Every account opened before the hundredth place went is a Founding Member, and that includes everyone who joined while PlanIt was free — the place is already on your account, nothing to claim. If you're not sure where you stand, email me and I'll check your account and tell you straight.

What happens on 1 January 2027?

Your free period ends and your subscription starts at half your plan's list price. You'll hear from me personally before that date rather than just getting an invoice — and with no minimum term, if it isn't working for you, you can walk.

Will you reopen this later?

No. It closes at 100 members or on 30 September 2026, whichever comes first, and reopening it later would devalue the badge for the people who earned it. There may be other offers in future — this one won't come back.

Three quotes. That's the whole ask.

Open your account before the hundredth place goes and you're a Founding Member: free until the end of the year, half price for as long as you stay. It takes a minute and there's no card.

Closes the moment the hundredth place is taken — 30 September 2026 at the very latest
