Accept updated Terms & Conditions at sign-in

What does this do?

When PlanIt publishes a new version of its terms, you see an Updated Terms & Conditions screen the next time you sign in. Read what changed, agree, and carry on; it takes a few seconds and only happens when the terms actually change.

How to use it

  1. Sign in as normal. If the terms have changed, the Updated Terms & Conditions screen appears.
  2. Read What's changed, the short summary of the new version.
  3. Press Read the full terms to open the complete document in a new tab if you want the detail.
  4. Tick I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, and I confirm I am authorised to accept them on behalf of my business.
  5. Press Agree and continue. If you would rather not accept, press Sign out instead.

When PlanIt publishes a new version of its terms, the next sign-in shows an Updated Terms & Conditions screen with a short note of what changed. Agree once and the till carries on; it will not ask again until the terms change.

Add bank details for deposits

Add your business bank details once and PlanIt shows them to the customer on the acceptance screen, together with the deposit amount and a payment reference. UK accounts use a sort code and account number; Irish and other euro-area accounts use an IBAN.

Add your logo and brand colours

Your logo and colours go on every quote, fitter sheet, the login screen and every export. Pick a preset theme or your own colours, then save. Branding only sticks when you press Save Branding.
