Your plan, free trial and what happens after
This guide is awaiting review — the steps may change.
What does this do?
Every new estimating account starts on a full Professional trial with no card taken. It ends at 14 days or your third completed quote, whichever comes first. After that you subscribe or drop to the permanent Free plan; nothing is deleted either way.
How to use it
- Sign up and use everything. The trial runs the full Professional plan and no card is taken.
- Watch for the bar at the bottom of the app as the trial nears its end. It tells you when the trial ends and offers Choose a plan.
- Press Choose a plan to open planitflooring.com/pricing and pick a plan. Estimating starts from £19 per user a month; Professional is £35; Business (£99 per site, 3 seats and one till) adds the EPOS till; Commercial adds tenders.
- If you do nothing, the account drops to the Free plan: one user, 10 PlanIt-badged quotes a month, full optimiser, and everything you made stays where it is.
- Business and Commercial trials take a card at sign-up. Nothing is charged during the 14-day trial; you are emailed when it ends and payment is taken three days later, and you can cancel in that window for nothing.
