Add your logo and brand colours

What does this do?

Your logo and colours go on every quote, fitter sheet, the login screen and every export. Pick a preset theme or your own colours, then save. Branding only sticks when you press Save Branding.

How to use it

  1. Open ⚙️ Settings from the sidebar. It opens on 🎨 Company Info / White Label.
  2. Under Company Logo, press 📁 Upload Logo and choose a PNG or SVG. Press ✕ Remove to take it off again.
  3. Under Brand Colours, pick a preset (🌿 Forest, 🔵 Navy, 🌊 Teal, 🌙 Midnight, 🔴 Burgundy or 🟤 Timber) or set Primary, Secondary, Accent and Background yourself.
  4. Watch the live preview update as you go.
  5. Press 💾 Save Branding. Until you do, the change only lives on this device.

Hiding measurements takes the dimensions, square metres and per-m² rates off the customer's quote so each room shows by name and price only. Set it for one quote, or make it the default for every new quote. Your cutting plan, fitter sheet and profit check keep the real figures.

Print Quote and Save as PDF both open your device's print window with the customer quote laid out ready. Pick a printer for paper, or choose Save as PDF to get a file you can attach or keep.

Add your company details and logo

Your company name, logo and contact details print on every receipt, quote, invoice and statement, and brand the customer portal. Set them once and every till in the shop uses them.

Your logo and branding on the portal

The portal shows your company name, logo and brand colour on the sign-in page, in the menu and on the welcome email, so customers see your shop, not PlanIt. It takes these from your company settings in PlanIt Estimating.
