Create your PlanIt account

What does this do?

Set up a PlanIt login so your estimates, customers and quotes are saved to your account and follow you onto every device. Every new account starts on a full Professional trial with no card needed.

How to use it

  1. Open app.planitflooring.com in your browser. On a new device it opens on the Create your account card.
  2. Type your Email and Create a password. Use the email address you want the business to run on.
  3. Press Create account. Pressing it accepts the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy linked just above the button.
  4. You will see Check your email. Open the confirmation email we send and click the link in it. If it has not arrived in a couple of minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
  5. Come back to PlanIt and press I've confirmed — sign in, then sign in with your email and password.

One PlanIt login works across Estimating, PlanIt EPOS, the customer portal and the fitter app. Log out when you hand a device to someone else or need to sign in as a different account.

The checklist on Home ticks itself off as you set up your business and send your first quote, so you can see what is left to do. The Setup Wizard walks you through the business details in one go.

Add your logo and brand colours

Your logo and colours go on every quote, fitter sheet, the login screen and every export. Pick a preset theme or your own colours, then save. Branding only sticks when you press Save Branding.

Upgrade, change or cancel your plan

Plans are changed from the pricing page and confirmed inside the app. Moving between plans changes your existing subscription, with the difference worked out for you on the next invoice; there is no new account and nothing to set up twice.

Auto-save and syncing between devices

There is no save button for an estimate. Everything you type is saved on the device as you go and sent to your account in the background, so the same job appears on your phone, tablet and shop computer.
