Get help inside the app with Ask PlanIt
What does this do?
Ask PlanIt is the built-in help assistant. Ask it how to do something in plain English and it explains the steps, and it can answer questions about the estimate you have open.
How to use it
- Press the green 💬 button in the bottom right corner of any screen.
- Type your question in Ask anything, for example 'how do I add stairs?' or 'why is my margin low?', and press Send or the Enter key.
- Read the answer, then ask a follow-up if you need more. It knows which screen and which estimate you are on.
- Press × to close the panel. Your conversation stays there until you sign out.
