Reset your password

What does this do?

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password. Use this whenever you are locked out, or just want a new password.

How to use it

  1. Open app.planitflooring.com and type your email address in the Email box on the sign-in card.
  2. Press Forgotten your password? underneath the password box. You will see If that email has an account, a reset link is on its way.
  3. Open the email and click the reset link on the same device and in the same browser you asked for it from. A link opened elsewhere will not work.
  4. PlanIt opens on Set a new password. Type your New password and Confirm new password.
  5. Press Update password, then sign in with the new one.

How customers sign in and reset their password

Customers sign in with their email and a password they set from the welcome email. If they forget it, they can send themselves a reset link, or you can send one from the till.

Auto-save and syncing between devices

There is no save button for an estimate. Everything you type is saved on the device as you go and sent to your account in the background, so the same job appears on your phone, tablet and shop computer.
