What does this do?

Help & Support opens an email to the PlanIt team. A real person reads every message. Use it for anything Ask PlanIt cannot answer, or when something looks wrong.

How to use it

  1. Press ❓ Help & Support at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone it is under ☰ More.
  2. Your email app opens addressed to support@planitflooring.com.
  3. Say which screen you were on, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the quote reference if it is about a particular job.
  4. Send it. Replies come back to the email address you wrote from.

Get help: Ask PlanIt and raise a support ticket

The Ask PlanIt button answers questions about the till and your own data and takes you to the right screen. For a person, send a support ticket from the menu.

Upgrade, change or cancel your plan

Plans are changed from the pricing page and confirmed inside the app. Moving between plans changes your existing subscription, with the difference worked out for you on the next invoice; there is no new account and nothing to set up twice.

Auto-save and syncing between devices

There is no save button for an estimate. Everything you type is saved on the device as you go and sent to your account in the background, so the same job appears on your phone, tablet and shop computer.

Create an estimate

New Estimate takes you through seven numbered steps from the customer's name to the sent quote. Each step saves as you go, so you can stop in a customer's hallway and carry on later.
