Send a Quick Quote (agreed price, no measuring)
What does this do?
A Quick Quote is one description and one agreed price, sent in under a minute. Use it when you have already agreed a figure with the customer and do not need a measured estimate behind it.
How to use it
- Press ⚡ Quick Quote on Home. If you have work open, PlanIt asks before clearing it.
- Under Customer, type the Customer name and, if you have them, Phone, Email and Address.
- Write the Quote description the customer will read. Tap the standard message chips to add or remove wording, or press ＋ Add your own standard message to save one of yours for next time.
- Enter the Price excl. VAT, the VAT rate (%) and check the Total incl. VAT. Typing in any one of the three fills in the others.
- Set the Deposit as Percentage % or Fixed £ and type the Deposit amount. Add any Customer-facing notes.
- Press Save Quick Quote. PlanIt takes you to Send Quote so you can email or WhatsApp it straight away.
