Get before and after photos from your fitter

What does this do?

Fitters take before and after photos in the app and they land on the sale in your till, tagged BEFORE or AFTER with the time and any note. They upload in the background, even from a house with no signal.

How to use it

  1. What your fitter does: they open the job and find 📷 Job photos. On arrival they press 📷 Take Before Photos and use the camera or pick from their gallery.
  2. Each photo appears in a check before sending tray. They can add a Note for this photo (optional) or bin one, then press ✓ Save before photos.
  3. When the work is done they do the same with 📷 Take After Photos.
  4. Photos with no signal wait on the phone with a "waiting to upload" note and send automatically when signal returns.
  5. On the till, open the sale and look at 👷 Fitter activity. The photos are listed as BEFORE and AFTER; press one to open the Job photos gallery and step through them full size.

A fitter starting their own PlanIt account

A fitter you invited can start their own PlanIt account with the same login. It is completely separate: their own customers, quotes and branding, which you cannot see and which is not affected if you remove them from your fitter list.
