Pause or remove a fitter's access
What does this do?
You can pause a fitter for a while or remove them for good. Either way the photos and notes they already sent stay on your job records.
How to use it
- From the ☰ menu open Settings and scroll to Fitters — job portal.
- Find the fitter's row. Press Edit to change their name, mobile, email or type.
- To pause them, press Pause access. The row shows Paused and the button changes to Reactivate for when they are back.
- What your fitter sees while paused: the app signs them out with the message "Your fitter access has been paused by the shop". Jobs already published to them stay on the job in your till.
- To remove them, press Remove and confirm. Their access ends immediately. Photos and job history they created stay on your records.
