Auto-save and syncing between devices

What does this do?

There is no save button for an estimate. Everything you type is saved on the device as you go and sent to your account in the background, so the same job appears on your phone, tablet and shop computer.

How to use it

  1. Work as normal. Customer details, rooms, pricing and the quote all save as you type.
  2. Watch the small pill at the top of the screen. It shows Syncing… while changes go up, then All changes synced ✓ before it hides itself.
  3. With no signal it shows Offline and the number of changes saved on this device. Keep working; nothing is lost.
  4. When you are back online the changes are sent automatically. If the pill says changes are waiting to sync, tap it to retry.
  5. On another device, sign in with the same login. The job appears under Estimates, Jobs or Continue Working on Home once the first device has synced.

The rates you type on Products & Pricing become your standard rates. Every new estimate, on every device in your company, starts from them. You can still change any rate on any job without affecting the standards.

Cloud sync backs up every sale, keeps products, prices and settings the same on every till, and powers the customer portal. The till carries on working offline and catches up when it reconnects.
