Send a job to a fitter (Publish to fitter)

How to use it

1. Give the job a fitting date first. The fitter panel only appears on jobs that have a date, either from Customer & job details on the sale or by adding it to the Diary.
2. Open the sale from History or the order from Customer Orders. At the bottom you will see 👷 Fitter activity. Press Assign fitter. From a diary entry or the Move fitting dialog, press Fitter portal… instead.
3. In the Fitter portal dialog choose the fitter under Assign to fitter and type any Fitting instructions (for example where to park, or what was done already). These are shown to the fitter.
4. Press Publish to fitter. The dialog now shows Published and confirms the fitter sees this job on their phone.
5. What your fitter does: the job appears under Today or Upcoming in their app within a minute or two, or straight away after ↻ Refresh jobs now.
6. To change the fitter or the instructions later, press Manage and then Update fitter / instructions. To take a job back, press Remove from portal; photos and notes already sent stay on the job.
