Add your social media links

What does this do?

Add your Facebook, Instagram and X / Twitter links to your company profile so customers can find and follow you from your branded documents.

How to use it

  1. Open ⚙️ Settings from the sidebar and stay on 🎨 Company Info / White Label.
  2. Scroll to SOCIAL MEDIA under Company Details.
  3. Paste the full link (or handle) into Facebook, Instagram and X / Twitter.
  4. Press 💾 Save Branding.

When PlanIt publishes a new version of its terms, you see an Updated Terms & Conditions screen the next time you sign in. Read what changed, agree, and carry on; it takes a few seconds and only happens when the terms actually change.

Add bank details for deposits

Add your business bank details once and PlanIt shows them to the customer on the acceptance screen, together with the deposit amount and a payment reference. UK accounts use a sort code and account number; Irish and other euro-area accounts use an IBAN.
