Email a receipt, invoice, quote or statement

What does this do?

Every receipt, invoice, quote and statement can be emailed straight from the till with the PDF attached. No mail program is needed, and when the customer replies it comes back to your shop's email address.

How to use it

  1. Open the document. From History, press View on the row; a quote or invoice opens from its own list too.
  2. Press Email.
  3. Check the customer's email address. Add a short note if you want one; it goes in the body of the email and is kept on the document.
  4. Press Send now. The PDF is attached automatically and replies come back to your business email.
  5. If you would rather send it yourself, press Save PDF & use my mail app instead. The PDF downloads and your own email program opens.

Your company name, logo and contact details print on every receipt, quote, invoice and statement, and brand the customer portal. Set them once and every till in the shop uses them.

Add a note to a quote, invoice or receipt

A note is printed on the document and shown on the copy the customer opens online. You can add one when writing the document, afterwards on a finished document, or just for one email.

Invoices & Getting Paid

Print or export an account statement

An account statement lists everything the account still owes: each document, its date, gross, paid and balance. Print it to post or hand over, or export it as a spreadsheet file.
