Print or export an account statement

What does this do?

An account statement lists everything the account still owes: each document, its date, gross, paid and balance. Print it to post or hand over, or export it as a spreadsheet file.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Accounts and tap the account.
  2. Press Print statement for a printed copy headed with your logo and the statement date.
  3. Or press Export statement to download a CSV (Document, Date, Gross, Paid, Balance) for your accountant or spreadsheet.

Once switched on, the till emails the customer a reminder shortly before an invoice is due and keeps reminding them every few days once it is overdue, until it is paid. You set it up once.

Delete a trade account

Delete account removes the account record for good. Only a Super Admin can do it, and only once the account owes nothing. Past sales stay in History and reports.
