Send monthly statements to trade accounts automatically

What does this do?

Each trade account can get one email a month listing everything it still owes and what is overdue. It is separate from invoice reminders: you can have either, both or neither.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Settings and find Invoicing (owner only).
  2. Tick Send monthly account statements.
  3. Set Send on day of month and the Default account terms (days after month end).
  4. Press Preview the statements to see what each account would receive before you switch it on.
  5. Press Save invoicing settings.

Invoicing settings turn on automatic reminder emails for unpaid invoices and a monthly statement to each trade account. You choose the days, preview exactly what will go out, and the till stops the moment an invoice is paid, cancelled or credited.

The portal answers the questions trade customers ring you about: what did I order, has it arrived, what have I paid, and can I have a statement. All of it comes from the till, so there is nothing for you to send.

Add a note to a quote, invoice or receipt

A note is printed on the document and shown on the copy the customer opens online. You can add one when writing the document, afterwards on a finished document, or just for one email.
