Add a note to a quote, invoice or receipt
What does this do?
A note is printed on the document and shown on the copy the customer opens online. You can add one when writing the document, afterwards on a finished document, or just for one email.
How to use it
- When writing a quote or invoice, type in the notes box under the lines. It prints under the items.
- On a document that is already saved, open it from Invoices, Quotes or History and press Note.
- In Note on this document, type the note and press Save note. The figures stay locked; only the note changes.
- To add a message to one email only, press Email and type in Add a note (optional) before Send now.
