Add a note to a quote, invoice or receipt

What does this do?

A note is printed on the document and shown on the copy the customer opens online. You can add one when writing the document, afterwards on a finished document, or just for one email.

How to use it

  1. When writing a quote or invoice, type in the notes box under the lines. It prints under the items.
  2. On a document that is already saved, open it from Invoices, Quotes or History and press Note.
  3. In Note on this document, type the note and press Save note. The figures stay locked; only the note changes.
  4. To add a message to one email only, press Email and type in Add a note (optional) before Send now.
