PlanIt Estimating · Products & Pricing

Set fitting prices (what you charge and what the fitter costs)

What does this do?

Each flooring type has two fitting rates: what the customer pays per m² and what the fitter costs you per m². The difference is your labour margin, shown on the Profit Check.

How to use it

  1. Go to step 3 · Products & Pricing and pick the flooring type's tab.
  2. Enter the Fitting sell price per m². This is charged to the customer.
  3. Enter the Fitting cost price per m². This is your trade or labour cost.
  4. Repeat on each tab. Vinyl, LVT and carpet can all have different rates.
  5. Check step 6 · Profit Check to see the labour margin the rates give you.
