Record who served the customer (Operative and PIN)

What does this do?

Every sale records the operator who processed it. Enter your PIN before the sale, or pick your name in the Operative box, and it goes on the receipt and into History.

How to use it

  1. When the till shows Enter your PIN to start a sale, tap your 4-digit PIN on the keypad. Your name appears in the Operative box on the till.
  2. If PIN sign-in is turned off in Settings, pick your name from the Operative box before pressing PAY NOW.
  3. Take the sale as normal. The receipt carries the operator's name.
  4. In History, the Staff column shows who processed each sale, and refunds ask for an Operative too.
