Print a receipt or a quote straight from the till

What does this do?

Two buttons under PAY NOW print at once: Print receipt completes the sale and prints it, Print quote saves the basket as a quote with no payment and prints that.

How to use it

  1. Build the basket and add the customer details if you want them on the paper.
  2. For a sale, choose the Payment method and check Amount paid, then press Print receipt. The sale is saved (paid in full, deposit taken or unpaid depending on the amount) and the receipt prints.
  3. For a written quote with nothing paid, press Print quote. The basket is saved to Quotes as a quote and printed.
  4. Need it again later? Open History (or Quotes), open the document and press Reprint, Email or WhatsApp.

Build a basket from your catalogue, add the customer if it is a fitted job, choose how they are paying and press PAY NOW. The receipt is saved to History and the basket clears for the next customer.

Two ways to type a line yourself: a manual line for a single priced item, or a job / estimate line that prices a whole job as one figure with a description that prints exactly as typed.

Customer & job details record who the sale is for, what the job is and when it is needed. A fitting date puts the job straight in the Diary; flooring with no date waits in Customer Orders.
