The till isn't on your plan: moving to Business

What does this do?

The till is part of the Business plan. If your account is on a plan without it, the till shows a door with a button to move up. Your estimating data is untouched either way.

How to use it

  1. Sign in at epos.planitflooring.com. If your plan does not include the till you will see The till isn't on your plan, showing the email and plan you are signed in with.
  2. Press Move to Business — includes this till and complete the plan change. When it finishes, the till opens.
  3. Not ready? Press Open the estimator to carry on with estimating only.
  4. Signed in with the wrong account? Sign out from that screen and sign in again with the right one.

Your plan, free trial and billing for the till

The till is part of the Business plan: £99 per site a month for three seats and one till, with stock control and trade accounts. New accounts start on a 14-day trial with a card taken at sign-up; you are emailed when the trial ends and the first payment is taken three days later.

Upgrade, change or cancel your plan

Plans are changed from the pricing page and confirmed inside the app. Moving between plans changes your existing subscription, with the difference worked out for you on the next invoice; there is no new account and nothing to set up twice.

Sign in to the till (or create your account)

One PlanIt login opens the till, the estimator and the customer portal. Sign in on any till device with your email and password, or create an account if you are new.

Log out or switch to a different account

One PlanIt login works across Estimating, PlanIt EPOS, the customer portal and the fitter app. Log out when you hand a device to someone else or need to sign in as a different account.

Add a member of staff (invite users to your account)

Invite colleagues to your PlanIt account by email as Staff or Super Admin. They sign in with their own login on any till, the estimator or the portal.

Add operators and PINs (who is standing at the till)

Each person who serves at the counter gets a name and a 4-digit PIN. They enter it before a sale, so every receipt records who processed it.
