Sign in to the till (or create your account)

What does this do?

One PlanIt login opens the till, the estimator and the customer portal. Sign in on any till device with your email and password, or create an account if you are new.

How to use it

  1. Open epos.planitflooring.com on the till. Any modern browser on a PC, Mac, tablet or iPad works.
  2. Already have a PlanIt account? Type your Email and Password and press Sign in.
  3. New to PlanIt? Press Create an account, enter your email and a password, and press Create an account.
  4. On the Check your email screen, open the confirmation link we send you (look in junk or spam if it has not arrived), then press I've confirmed — sign in.
  5. If sign-in says your email is not confirmed yet, find that confirmation link in your inbox or junk folder, or use the resend link shown under the message.
  6. Signed in as the wrong person? Press Sign in to a different account.

The first time you sign in, a short welcome form collects your business name, default margins and your operator PIN so the till can price products and record who served each customer.

The till isn't on your plan: moving to Business

The till is part of the Business plan. If your account is on a plan without it, the till shows a door with a button to move up. Your estimating data is untouched either way.

Add a member of staff (invite users to your account)

Invite colleagues to your PlanIt account by email as Staff or Super Admin. They sign in with their own login on any till, the estimator or the portal.

Create your PlanIt account

Set up a PlanIt login so your estimates, customers and quotes are saved to your account and follow you onto every device. Every new account starts on a full Professional trial with no card needed.

How customers sign in and reset their password

Customers sign in with their email and a password they set from the welcome email. If they forget it, they can send themselves a reset link, or you can send one from the till.
