The Updated Terms & Conditions screen at sign-in

What does this do?

When PlanIt publishes a new version of its terms, the next sign-in shows an Updated Terms & Conditions screen with a short note of what changed. Agree once and the till carries on; it will not ask again until the terms change.

How to use it

  1. Sign in to the till as normal.
  2. Read What's changed on the Updated Terms & Conditions screen.
  3. Press Read the full terms to open the complete document in a new tab if you want the detail.
  4. Press Agree and continue. The till opens as usual.

Your terms and conditions are printed on every quote, invoice and receipt and linked on quotes you send, so every customer has agreed to the same thing. The receipt footer is a short line of your own on receipts, quotes, statements and reports.

When PlanIt publishes a new version of its terms, you see an Updated Terms & Conditions screen the next time you sign in. Read what changed, agree, and carry on; it takes a few seconds and only happens when the terms actually change.

Your plan, free trial and billing for the till

The till is part of the Business plan: £99 per site a month for three seats and one till, with stock control and trade accounts. New accounts start on a 14-day trial with a card taken at sign-up; you are emailed when the trial ends and the first payment is taken three days later.

Add your bank details for customer payments

Customer payments is where you tell the till how customers can pay you. Bank transfer details print on invoices, quotes and statements and show in the customer portal, with a payment reference the customer can quote.

Add your company details and logo

Your company name, logo and contact details print on every receipt, quote, invoice and statement, and brand the customer portal. Set them once and every till in the shop uses them.
