Choose how WhatsApp opens on this computer

What does this do?

On a computer, sharing a quote or receipt by WhatsApp can open WhatsApp Web in the browser or the WhatsApp app installed on the machine. Each till remembers its own answer, and you can change it here at any time.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Settings and find WhatsApp on this device.
  2. Under Sharing a quote or receipt opens choose WhatsApp Web (in the browser), The WhatsApp app installed on this computer or Ask next time.
  3. The choice is saved instantly, for this device only. There is no save button.

Add your bank details for customer payments

Customer payments is where you tell the till how customers can pay you. Bank transfer details print on invoices, quotes and statements and show in the customer portal, with a payment reference the customer can quote.

Your company name, logo and contact details print on every receipt, quote, invoice and statement, and brand the customer portal. Set them once and every till in the shop uses them.
