Recalculate every selling price from your margins

What does this do?

One button re-applies margins to the trade, retail and roll selling prices of every product already on the system. Cost prices are never touched, and nothing needs re-importing.

How to use it

  1. Open the ☰ menu and choose Settings.
  2. Check Default trade margin % and Default retail margin %.
  3. Under Recalculate selling prices from margins, decide whether to tick First reset every product's margin to the current defaults above (trade & retail). Leave it unticked to keep each product's own margin and just refresh its prices.
  4. Press Recalculate all selling prices and confirm.
  5. Open Products to check a few prices.

Drop a supplier's price list on the till and it turns into products. Tidy Excel or CSV files are read instantly and free; PDFs, photos and scanned brochures are read by AI page by page. Nothing is saved until you review and confirm the preview.

Price a carpet or vinyl by the roll

Sheet goods are often bought and sold by the whole roll at a different rate from a cut length. Roll pricing holds those figures, and Roll widths records the widths the product comes in.

Add colours or decors to a product

Supplier price lists price the range, not the shade. When you hold one product in several colours, list them on the product and the till counts each colour separately, asks which one arrived on a delivery and which one was sold.
