Print a quote or save it as a PDF
What does this do?
Print Quote and Save as PDF both open your device's print window with the customer quote laid out ready. Pick a printer for paper, or choose Save as PDF to get a file you can attach or keep.
How to use it
- Go to step 5 · Customer Quote and check the quote reads as you want it (detailed or manual, measurements shown or hidden).
- Press 🖨 Print Quote for paper. Choose your printer in the print window and print.
- Press 💾 Save as PDF for a file. In the print window choose Save as PDF as the destination and save it.
- On a phone or tablet the print window offers Save to Files or a share option instead; use that to keep or send the PDF.
- To email or WhatsApp the quote without saving first, use step 7 · Send Quote.
