Send a quote for the customer to accept online
What does this do?
A quote can be emailed or sent by WhatsApp with a link the customer opens and accepts online. You see when they open it, and an accepted quote is ready to turn into an invoice.
How to use it
- Open the quote from Quotes, or press Save & send… in the editor.
- Choose Email or WhatsApp.
- For email, check Send to (every email address the customer has is filled in), add a Copy to if needed, and optionally Add a note.
- Press Send now. If sending fails you can Save PDF & use my mail app instead.
- For WhatsApp, the till opens WhatsApp with the quote link ready to send.
- Back in Quotes the status changes to Sent and the Sent to column shows every channel used.
