Write a full itemised quote from the catalogue

What does this do?

A full quote lists each product, quantity and price from your catalogue, with its own tax rate per line. Use it when the customer wants to see the breakdown, or when the job has several products.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Quotes and press + New full quote.
  2. Fill in Customer name, Billing address, Email, Phone and the Property / work address if the job is somewhere else.
  3. Choose Retail or Trade pricing.
  4. Press + Add item and search the catalogue. Each line has Qty, Price, Disc % and a Total. Use + Manual line for something you type yourself.
  5. Choose how fitting works: In-house — included in the price or Customer pays fitter direct.
  6. Add any quote notes under the lines, for example what is included.
  7. Press Save as draft if it is not finished, Save quote to keep it, or Save & send… to send it now.
