Quote a job where the customer pays the fitter direct

What does this do?

When the fitter invoices the customer separately, the quote can still show their name and charge for the customer's benefit, without that money going through your books or your total.

How to use it

  1. Open the quote and find the fitting choice near the bottom of the editor.
  2. Choose Customer pays fitter direct instead of In-house — included in the price.
  3. Type the Fitter's name (it prints on the quote).
  4. Type the Fitter's charge, or leave it blank if the fitter will quote separately.
  5. Press Save quote. The fitter's charge is shown to the customer but is not in your total.
