Print a quote or save it as a PDF

What does this do?

Any saved quote can be printed for the customer or saved as a PDF, for example to attach to your own email or keep on file.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Quotes and open the quote.
  2. Press Print to send it to the printer, or Save PDF to download it.
  3. To use your own email program, press Email then Save PDF & use my mail app. The PDF is saved and you attach it yourself.
  4. To print a quote for what is in the basket right now, press Print quote on the till screen instead.

Your terms and conditions are printed on every quote, invoice and receipt and linked on quotes you send, so every customer has agreed to the same thing. The receipt footer is a short line of your own on receipts, quotes, statements and reports.

Send a quote for the customer to accept online

A quote can be emailed or sent by WhatsApp with a link the customer opens and accepts online. You see when they open it, and an accepted quote is ready to turn into an invoice.

Add fitting labour and CIS or reverse charge to a quote

Fitting labour can be its own line on a full quote, and for contractor work the quote can show a CIS deduction or the VAT reverse charge so the amount payable is right.
