Write a quick quote
What does this do?
A quick quote is one agreed line and a price. Use it when you have already agreed the job with the customer and just need a tidy document to send, rather than an itemised list from the catalogue.
How to use it
- From the ☰ menu choose Quotes.
- Press ⚡ New quick quote.
- Fill in the customer's details, then the Job title / first line (for example the property address) and, if you want one, a Reference.
- Build the Description by tapping the standard messages under the box, or type your own. It prints exactly as typed.
- Enter the Price. If your region has a reduced rate for fitting, an of which fitting labour box appears so the labour part is taxed at that rate (13.5% in Ireland).
- Optionally fill in Your cost (internal, never printed) and a Deposit to secure as a percentage or a fixed amount.
- Press Save quote, or Save & send… to email or WhatsApp it straight away.
