Save the quote as a PDF to send yourself

What does this do?

Save as PDF makes the branded quote as a file on your device. Use it when you want to print a copy, post it, or attach it to an email from your own mail account.

How to use it

  1. Open step 7 · Send Quote.
  2. Press Save as PDF on the Save / Print PDF card.
  3. Your device's print or save dialog opens. Choose Save as PDF (or a printer for a paper copy) and pick where to keep it.
  4. Attach the file to an email in your usual mail app, or hand the printed copy to the customer.

Hiding measurements takes the dimensions, square metres and per-m² rates off the customer's quote so each room shows by name and price only. Set it for one quote, or make it the default for every new quote. Your cutting plan, fitter sheet and profit check keep the real figures.

Your logo and colours go on every quote, fitter sheet, the login screen and every export. Pick a preset theme or your own colours, then save. Branding only sticks when you press Save Branding.

Open Customer Portal builds a stand-alone web page for this quote: your branding, the rooms, the total, an accept button and a pay-deposit button. PlanIt saves it as a file you can email to the customer or put on your own website.
