Sync a quote to your EPOS till

What does this do?

Sync to EPOS sends the finished quote into your PlanIt EPOS till with the same quote number and customer, so you can send, accept, take the deposit and convert it to an invoice from the till without typing anything twice. For accounts that run both apps.

How to use it

  1. Finish the quote: calculate all rooms and open step 5 · Customer Quote so the lines are ready.
  2. Open step 7 · Send Quote and press Sync to EPOS on the Sync to EPOS card.
  3. Wait for Quote … synced to EPOS ✓. The button shows ✓ Synced to EPOS for a moment.
  4. Open PlanIt EPOS. The quote is there under the same reference with the customer attached, ready to send, accept, take a deposit or convert to an invoice.
  5. If you change the estimate later, press Sync to EPOS again. It updates the same quote in EPOS rather than creating a copy.
