Set up your quote email template
What does this do?
The Quote Email Template is the subject and message PlanIt pre-fills every time you press Send Email. Write it once with placeholders and every quote goes out with your wording and the right customer details.
How to use it
- Open Settings → 🎨 Company Info / White Label.
- Press the ✉️ Email Templates tab to open Quote Email Template.
- Fill in Email Subject Line, Greeting, Email Body and Sign-off line.
- Use the placeholders {{customer}}, {{ref}}, {{address}} and {{company}} anywhere in the text; PlanIt swaps in the real details on each send.
- Check the Preview, then press 💾 Save Email Template.
- Next time you press Send Email on step 7, the subject and message are already filled in. You can still edit them for that one customer before sending.
