Share before and after photos of a job

What does this do?

Marketing Library collects the jobs whose before and after photos the customer has agreed you can use. Pick a pair, get a ready-made collage and caption, and share it to social media from your phone or download it on a computer.

How to use it

  1. Add before and after photos on step 1 · Customer Details (or the job's 📷 Site photos) and tick the customer's marketing consent.
  2. From the sidebar choose More → Marketing Library. ★ Marketing-ready projects lists every consented job.
  3. Press ⇆ Before / After slider on a project to see the transformation, or 📣 Share Before/After to build a post.
  4. Choose a Before photo and an After photo, edit the caption and tick the consent confirmation.
  5. On a phone, press 📤 Share to send straight into Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, or 💬 Share via Messenger.
  6. On a computer, press ⬇ Download image and ⧉ Copy caption, then paste them into your post.
  7. 📘 Post to Facebook posts straight to your connected Facebook Page. If it shows a notice that it is not yet available on your account, use 📤 Share or ⬇ Download image instead.

Before and after photos sit with the quote and the CRM job. With the customer's consent ticked they also go into the Marketing Library, ready to share as a before/after post.

Record the customer's sign-off and issue a completion certificate

Sign-off records that the customer is satisfied with the finished installation and moves the job to Completed. Once there is an after photo you can also produce a completion certificate for the job.

Schedule/Diary is your surveys and fittings calendar. Drag a job that is ready onto a day to book it, or add a measure or fitting by hand, and PlanIt can send the customer the date and time.
