Record the customer's sign-off and issue a completion certificate

What does this do?

Sign-off records that the customer is satisfied with the finished installation and moves the job to Completed. Once there is an after photo you can also produce a completion certificate for the job.

How to use it

  1. Open Jobs and press Open job on the finished job.
  2. Scroll to 📷 Site photos for that job and add at least one completion (after) photo if you have not already.
  3. Open the sign-off section, type the customer's name in Signed by and press ✓ Record customer sign-off.
  4. The job shows ✓ Customer signed off with the name and date, and moves to Completed.
  5. Press 📜 Completion certificate to generate the certificate; it is saved against the job and logged on the timeline.
  6. Recorded it on the wrong job? Press Undo sign-off.
