What does this do?

CRM is your one-screen business overview: what is booked today, what is waiting on customers, how much is in the pipeline and what you have earned this month, all worked out from your jobs.

How to use it

  1. From the sidebar press CRM.
  2. The top boxes show Today's Surveys, Today's Installations, Outstanding Deposits, Quotes Awaiting Response (with your conversion rate), Pipeline Value, Revenue This Month and Profit This Month.
  3. Below, today's surveys and fittings are listed with the customer, address and fitter. Press one to open the job.
  4. The recent activity feed shows the latest events across your jobs, such as quotes opened, deposits paid and dates booked.
  5. 📷 Site Photos — compliance & marketing counts quotes with survey photos, jobs with completion photos and marketing-ready projects.

Find your way around the Home screen

Home is the screen you land on after signing in. It shows what is booked today, the estimates you were part-way through, today's numbers and your recent quotes, with the two ways to start a new one at the top.

Getting Started

Find, continue or delete an estimate

Estimates lists every quote that is still open, newest first, so you can pick one up where you left off or look at one you have sent. Accepted quotes move on to Jobs.
