PlanIt EPOS · Customer Portal
Documents, orders, payments and statements in the portal
What does this do?
The portal answers the questions trade customers ring you about: what did I order, has it arrived, what have I paid, and can I have a statement. All of it comes from the till, so there is nothing for you to send.
How to use it
- What your customer does for an invoice: Invoices lists every invoice with net, VAT, total and status. They press one and use Print / PDF to print it or save it.
- For an order: Orders shows each customer order with its status (for example Ordered, Awaiting stock, Ready for collection, Out for delivery), the supplier and the expected date. Pressing an order shows the products on it.
- For payments: Payments lists every payment with its date, method and status, next to the outstanding balance and overdue amount.
- For a statement: Statements shows a month-by-month summary of invoiced, paid, credited and net movement. They can set a from and to month, press Apply, then Print / PDF. Download statement on the Dashboard goes to the same place.
- Documents collects invoices, statements, quotes and credit notes in one list with an Open link on each. History shows the same account as a timeline.
- Account shows their credit limit, available credit, payment terms and account status, with a Make a payment button.
