PlanIt Estimating ยท Stock (optional)
Deduct a job's materials from Stock
What does this do?
Once a job is priced, PlanIt already knows the flooring and sundries it needs. Deduct them from Stock in one go instead of cutting and booking out each item by hand.
How to use it
- Open the estimate for the job so it is the one you are working on.
- Open More โ ๐งฐ Stock and press ๐ Deduct this estimate's materials.
- Check the list. Flooring shows as linear metres to cut off, sundries as amounts used, all taken from the open estimate.
- For each flooring line, pick the roll or remnant to cut from.
- Adjust any quantity to what actually happened, and untick anything that came from elsewhere.
- Press โ Deduct from stock. Each line is logged under Recent movements against the job.
