PlanIt Estimating ยท Stock (optional)
Set minimum levels so PlanIt tells you what to order
What does this do?
Give each sundry item a minimum level. When the amount on hand drops to that level or below, the item turns red and a Needs ordering banner lists everything you should buy.
How to use it
- Open More โ ๐งฐ Stock in the sidebar.
- In Sundries & Accessories, press โ on the item (or ๏ผ Add Sundry Item for a new one).
- Set Minimum level. Leave it at 0 if you do not want an alert for that item.
- Press ๐พ Save Item.
- Check the top of the Stock screen. A ๐ Needs ordering banner lists every item at or below its minimum, with the amount on hand and the minimum.
- In the table, low items show Low โ order and items with nothing left show Out. Everything else shows OK.
