Book a delivery in, take stock out or cut a roll

What does this do?

Every change to stock is a movement: a delivery in, an amount out, or a length cut from a roll. Each one is logged under Recent movements with the reason and the job, so you can see where everything went.

How to use it

  1. Open More โ†’ ๐Ÿงฐ Stock in the sidebar.
  2. To book a delivery of a sundry in, press ๏ผ‹ In on the item, enter the Quantity and a Reason, add the Job / customer if it is for one, and press โœ“ Apply.
  3. To take a sundry out, press โˆ’ Out on the item and do the same.
  4. To cut from a roll or remnant, press โœ‚ Cut on that piece, enter the Length to cut off (m) and pick the Reason (Cut for job, Damaged / written off or Stock count correction).
  5. Add the Job / customer and press โœ‚ Cut. For pack materials the button is โˆ’ Use and you enter Packs to use.
  6. Scroll to Recent movements to see the date, item, amount and reason for every change.
