Let the customer accept the quote online
What does this do?
Every quote has a secure web page where the customer can view it, accept it and pay the deposit by card. Copy the link to send it any way you like, and PlanIt tells you the moment they open, accept or pay.
How to use it
- Open step 7 · Send Quote.
- Press 🔗 Copy Quote Link. A message confirms Quote link copied.
- Paste the link into a text, an email, Messenger or wherever the customer prefers. Email and WhatsApp sends include the same link automatically.
- The customer opens the page, reads the quote and presses accept. If you have a deposit set up, they can pay it there by card.
- Watch the bell in the top bar: you get a notification when the quote is opened, accepted or the deposit is paid, and the job moves to Quote Viewed, Quote Accepted or Deposit Paid in Jobs.
