Move a fitting to another day

What does this do?

Move fitting changes the date, slot or team on a fitting that came from a sale, and can email the customer the new appointment. Manual diary bookings are edited straight from the calendar.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose History and open the sale, or tap the fitting in the Diary.
  2. Press Move fitting.
  3. Choose the New date and, if needed, a new slot under When or a different Fitting team.
  4. Tick Email the customer the new date if you want them told.
  5. Press Move fitting. The Diary, the fitting calendar and the linked Customer Order all update together.

Add a fitting team

Fitting teams are your crews. Each team gets its own colour, and every fitting booked to that team shows in that colour on the Diary and the fitting calendar, so you can see who is out where.
