Copy a booking's address and details

What does this do?

Copy details puts the booking's customer, address, date, slot and notes on the clipboard in one go, ready to paste into a text or WhatsApp to the fitter.

How to use it

  1. From the ☰ menu choose Diary.
  2. Tap the survey or fitting you want to send.
  3. Press Copy details.
  4. Paste it into a message to the fitter, a note or anywhere else.

Send a receipt or quote by WhatsApp

Any receipt, invoice or quote can be sent to the customer over WhatsApp with a link to the document. On a phone it opens the WhatsApp app; on a computer the till asks once whether to use WhatsApp Web or the installed app.

A sale or diary booking is sent to a fitter's app with Publish to fitter. The fitter sees the customer, address, products, floor prep and your instructions, and the date and time stay in step with the till automatically.

The steps a fitter taps through on a job are yours to set. Add stages like Uplift done or Prep complete so the till tells you exactly where a job is.

Add a fitting team

Fitting teams are your crews. Each team gets its own colour, and every fitting booked to that team shows in that colour on the Diary and the fitting calendar, so you can see who is out where.

Add a fitting date to a sale that had none

When flooring was sold without a fitting date and the customer rings back with one, you can book it straight onto the original sale. The booking goes in the Diary and Customer Orders and can email the customer their appointment.
